Correct or Reversed load in an Electric installation

According to some simple tests it looks like my power system is totally mess-up:
 
I should get LOAD on the right prong and neutral on the left one (and ground in the middle), but...according to the tester which light-up on EACH prong, It seems that I have load on right and on left ( see pictures ).
 
-> Is it wrong ? can this reduce the sound quality of my DAC & AMP ? or damage them ?

Have you had a professional take a look at your house installation lately?

Seriously there is something wrong with your wiring. Do you have the same issue all over your house or only this one outlet? If the latter just trace it back and check at the beginnig and sort out the connections. I guss there is some kind of fault between the 0-phase and ground. Can't be betwen hot and 0 that would be s short and it should trip the main fuse immediately.
For your own safety have it checked.
