Hi, I am going to get Squeezebox Touch which I would like to connect (thru RCA) to my headphone amp (Audio-Technica AT-HA5000). Can there be any problems with it?
Don't see why there should be any issue. And if you later decide you want a better DAC than it contains, it's simple to use one of its digital outs to bypass it.
I bought one of these a few weeks ago because I knew my wife was not going to screw around with trying to use the laptop I had set up to stream music. It's a winner.
Thank you for the answer!
I asked because I have read about a potential sensitivity mismatch problem (http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.php/Connect_To_PowerAmp#So_what.27s_the_problem.3F). I don't really understand if it applies here and if it is necessary to use a kind of attenuation when making Squeezebox-Amp connection.
BTW if I make the connection by RCA, will I still be able to adjust volume on my Squeezebox (I don't have a remote for my amp, so this would make the thing easy for me)?
