So, I don't like the headband on my Realistic Pro 30's, and they're also prone to breaking. So, I figured I'd swap out with another set. I looked at my MDR-V6's, but they were just a bit too big. So, are the V500 or V700 any smaller than them? Like, the knob on the back, is the diameter any smaller than the MDR-V6?
 
Alternatively, any other suggestions for a Realistic Pro 30-sized headband?
 
er, the diameter of the mounting yoke on the Pro 30 is 2 inches inside, or about 50mm

Both of those sonys are very fragile, try something else.

I wouldn't say Sony V6 is fragile. You meant the other two?

Hi, uhm, I didn't realize anyone had replied. But, yeah. My old church had some V700's, and while I liked that they felt solid; though I realize they aren't. We went through two pairs in a relatively short time.
