Which of the two custom in ear monitors are more "comfortable"?

Meaning 1) it fits nicely in the ear and does not cause irritation of any sort and 2) it tends to "pop" out less/ seal tends to break less.

I know the ear impressions sent to the company initally is the most important factor, but still, one has to not break out more than the other

well, from what i've read, the Westone's superior in comfort and fit usually as it have an acrylic shell with flexible silicone canal
but a pair of JH13pro made from accurate mold should be relatively comfortable aswell

In theory, the soft tipped version of the es5 should be but it doesn't agree with everyone. I have a rather shallow fit jh13 and once I got used to them and well fit, find them much more comfortable than any universal. The soft tip es5 extension would always be a bit deeper but likely less sensitive to perfect fit.

Westone seldom do the fit right. I have to refit my es5 twice before getting it right and so does my friend's es3x.
JH is better on this.
