I now have two audio outputs in my computer, Claro+ and Realtek. I would like to be able to switch between them using Device Manager without switching my 3.5mm cable back and forth. Looking at the products available on the net, I found a 3.5mm stereo female to 2 3.5mm stereo male adapter, with the plan of plugging in the male ends to the outputs. However, I don't want to backfeed the output of one card to another, and damage them or lose volume. I want to run one at a time, Claro+ for music and Realtek for comparison. If anyone knows of an unpowered switch that can switch outputs, that's what I'm looking for. Thank you.

Look in a local gaming store or video store and get a audio/video switch.  They are pretty sheap these days but are really only good for stereo signal.  You may be able to find a units that switchs surround sound.
