hi guys!
last week i discovered on ebay some players with dac chip that supports flac and wav formats!
i found this awesome!
so i have read a lot about colorfly c3 player.
for now i am using a sony minidisc hi-md device mz-nh1 in hi-sp mode and i am thinking to buy a media player.
the only reason that i am thinking to buy a media player is that minidisc has moving parts..
so i don't like to use this device at gym or when i am moving because these devices are most sensitive than solid media players and realy i don't want to broke this minidisc device.
now i don't know if we can compare the sound quality (ATRAC3PLUS 352KBPS) of a hi-md minidisc device with colorfly c3..
i don't care too mutch about ui or screen..
i need a player to push play button and just hear good sound!
so.... can somebody help me with this?
is a good choice to move to colorfly c3 from sony minidisc mz-nh1?
best regards!
john

I don't actually own that model Mini Disc player you have, I do however consider C3 an upgrade from my MZ-R501. It's more the Colorfly will sound a touch more professional, taking a step away from the mainstream Sony house sound. For $100 USD it's no brainier.
