I need a source for these balancing transformers. Cinemag has doubled their price, and has over a month lead time...

It is direct or not at all.
Have you checked into different packaging ? I have ordered parts from cinemag that were with a lead time in one package (Can with leads) but off the shelf and fully tested for another (pcb mount) and that depending on the large production runs they do for major audio companies.
Those CMOL's are splitter/distribution Trafos so not as much call as for the line or mic I/O trafos
