So, my Phonaks are finally refunded, so now I´m looking for something better. And because I´m tired with trying all tips and searching for best fit, I´m now looking for some closed cans.
I dont need too much isolation, I try Audio technica es-7 and it was enough. But my maily question is, would be any of closed cans in this price range( mostly suggested are ultrasone 780, sennheiser hd-25 and ESW9, also I´m looking on Shure srh840) be better in sound quality than in-ears in this price range, like Westone 3 or Ultimate ears Triple fi.?
I dont prefare too much bassy sound like Ultimate ears 5, but Triple fi have good amount of bass.

Or would be Livewires better solution?(only customs with good reviews in my price range).

Thanks for advice.

I have the ESW9 and the TF 10, the ESW9 really does beat it. I think in almost every class, the TF10 losses, with the exception of instrument separation. Amped both do well, but the ESW9 really shines amped and I feel becomes a very strong contender to even full size cans.

Keep in mind, all the headphones you mentioned have very different sound signature, even the TF and the ESW9 are different.

I will use it with rig in my sig, so amp will be no problem. But with ESW9 I´m little woried about that problem with breaking headband and after experience with Phonaks I´m woried about it, beacause pay 30-50$ every two months is quite awful.

Clasam: at Beach audio, they cost 450$, which is quite a lot, on SEYo, they have them for 254$.

look on amazon at beach camera, I got mine for 225. There is a mod where you can strengthen the ESW9 headband, I think Germania came up with it.
