Hey!
 
I need a new closed-back headphone for the office. I currently have a modded Fostex 50rp which sounds ok but I want to upgrade.
I also have a Fiio E17 that I would like to use.
 
What I'm looking for:

1. High sound isolation, I want high volume without disturbing people around me.
2. Good soundstage (for a closed-back)
3. I listen to Rock / Alternative / Metal / Classical
4. Needs to work with E17, can't afford a new amp right now
5. Budget $300 / £200

Audio Technica ES10. I loved my pair. It blew my Denon D2000 out of the water in clarity and overall performance. I should have sold the D2000 instead, but thought I was going to make custom cups for them one day. That never happened and now I regret parting with my ES10. The ESW9 is also a good contender.

thinksound on1. pretty much everything you are looking for and defintivly one of the best soundstages in a closed back.
shure srh940 is another good contender.
