Im planning on buying the RE262's today because of a review by Joker. It sounds like it would be my type of signature. Unfortunately it seems i would need to buy an amp as well to get the full SQ out of them. Can anyone recommend an Amp less than $70 so i can fully enjoy the IEMS?

A Fiio E6 can be had for around $30 getting you out of trouble. Otherwise look into the Fiio E11 for $60ish

I suggest definitely going for the e11. RE262 has pretty high impedance and relatively low sensitivity and that makes it quite inefficient unless you're using them with a pretty powerful DAP and even then the RE262 will just eat it's battery for breakfast. That's why I think e11 is better suited coz it relly has the power to make harder to drive iems shine.

Will i be able to get the full SQ of the Re262 with the cheaper E6?

As mentioned above the E6 will "get you out of trouble" but E11 is the preferred choice. From my experience some people upgrade not long after buying an E6 to E11 out of curiosity. You may as well take the jump straight away considering you wanted to spend around that much. I own an E11 and E5 the E11 will offer you more power, better SQ / functions.

CMoy amp would be warmer sounding than the E11 w/out bass boost, but with the bass boost on the E11 would probably be a bit better.  The E11 is much easier to maintain/use than the CMoy's with their tin can cases, and slighlty bulky feel.  The E11 is very sleek, elegant, clean sounding, and powerful.

Read Mike from Headfonia's review on the JDS Labs C421.  It will change your mind or at least put increase wariness on your future purchase.
