So, I have a 4th Gen iPod Nano and a pair of Head-Direct RE0's.

I want a case that I can put them both in for travel to and from my university. Just wasnt sure what was out there. If you guys could toss me a few rec's, Id appreciate it.

I just bought the smallest altoids tin for my re0's but i think i feel sick from trying to eat all them to see if it fits. Ill let you know when i can stomach the rest.

The JLabs samba might fit the bill, although the Nano may be a bit small for it.

It looks like a nice case and the nano doesn't feel too small inside. It's also pretty cheap, I'd go for it!

Go with a Pelican 1010 case. I can put my iPod classic and IEM's in one. Solid crush proof, water proof protection.

i think for my price range, ill get the Samba. just looks to be what would fit me best. although the pelican looks amazing, i dont think it would be worth the 30 bucks to sit on my backpack in class or in my car. just looking for something to help protect and store while not in use.

the 1010 can be had for around 15 if you look around. I have several pelican cases, they're all fantastic.

Yeah I actually just ordered a Pelican 1010 case from OpticsPlanet.com a few minutes ago. I live very close so I am picking it up, no shipping fee, ~$15 total (10 for the case, 5 for the foam insert)

I stuffed my IEMs in the smallest altoid tin too. It DOES fit, albeit very snuggly, but at least it won't move around very much in there.

I use a glasses case I picked up from the dollar store. Works just fine.

That Samba case looks pretty cool. I wish it was big enough to fit a portable amp on one side and my iRiver H140 on the other.

Does't quite fit a D10, unfortunately, but the T4 fits like a charm alongside my Meelec RockMee.

Earphone cable can be routed to the outside. This is where one of those volume attenuators might be handy

.

ljokerl, thats what I was figuring on doing with mine. Just need to figure out what amp to get.
