It's nice to see this amazing headphone getting regular exposure.

However I could imagine that demand also increases as a result of this and it’s sad to see that all the customization is no longer offered.
Like black Marble, other stone types, color choices for Buttons and headphone frame.
At that price I consider this a must have...

Good catch @warrenpchi ! Clerical error on my behalf as the setting from CanJam Chicago seemed to stick. I'll have this updated shortly and advise. The intention was to sign up for times in the Pacific US time zone. More to come and sincere apologies

Hi all,

Quick update (and sincere apologies): As it turns out, the calendar tool we use (Calendly) was last set up for the CanJam Chicago (Central) time zone, and the CanJam SoCal signups cannot be transferred to the updated (Pacific) time zone.

• Those that have signed up will get a cancellation notice rather soon
• Please re-sign up at the time you originally scheduled (honor system )
• The Calendly service we use will send automatic reminders in the new, updated time zone (which will be far less confusing than trying to manage the difference in person while reminders are incoming)

I just made a reservation! but I know it's pacific time and not Central even though it's Central time because no way Canjam opens before 10 am

I'll probably be blown away just like the X9000 with Woo 3Es combo I've heard (best e-stat headphone and amp combo I've heard so far) but in a different and most likely more emotional way!

I got a spot as well! I originally chose 3pm thinking that would be 1pm, but just now rescheduled to 1:30 assuming times are Pacific.

Sorry about the confusion--we cancelled your original appointment and sent along a re-book request for the correct time zone. Unforunately Calendly (the tool we use) does not let us transfer booked appointments across time zones, per tech support. Thx for your understanding!

Was able to get a session with my husband and I each getting 10 of those minutes at 11, which I now know is 9. Oh well.
The HE1 was one of the first high end headphones I heard in 2019, kinda ruining all future headphones for me, lol. It will be interesting to see if I'm just as wowed after hearing many other TOTL headphones.

We sent you a re-booking notification (sorry!) as we set up the event in the last CanJam time zone and having everyone re-book in the correct time zone (Pacific) was the lesser of the two evils as Calendly won't let us transfer the appointments. Apologies for the hard right turn but we had to cancel your appoinment so that you can re-book in the correct time zone. It's a lot cleaner to do it that way as the reminders will start rolling in with the correct LOCAL time while you're out in Irvine. So sorry about that!
