WAY better than it should be. Warmer than Modi. 650mw into 32 ohms and it did a very credible job driving LCD-2's. Don't expect the nth degree of bass control, but it was a satisfying experience from a $119 amp.

Thanks.  650mw into 32ohms doesn't sound very ideal to drive the LCD-2.

You do not need one watt of power to drive the LCD2.  The better sounding the amp, the better sounding the LCD2 will be.
