We bought a notebook computer from an Ebay seller in Canada. Sadly, although it was very cheap it was also faulty and so we sent it back. Today it was returned to us undelivered with a note that the seller had moved.

The delivery attempt was dated December 2009 and it is now late January, so it has been a while to get back to us. Though we did only send it back to Canada in December.

December 2006 that is !

It seems like it has sat in a Post office in Canada for the best part of 3 years before they attempted to deliver it, is this a record ?

Wow that is a very long time, I guess their warehouse needed clearing out and so off it went 3 years later

Regular mail by Canada Post can be variable, 3 weeks or 3 days depending on how their system is at that exact point in time, and tracking information is nothing more than an afterthought!

Their expresspost is always fast, reliable and tracked throughout the year, so I use that if it's something important.
