You should move to a place with a more temperate climate and lots of coffee. Ice dilutes coffee.

Good news and bad news....

Bad news first. The temp got to 46° C (That's 115° Fahrenheit)

Back in the '60's it once got to 124° F...   so, not too bad.

The good news, for me iced coffee means no ice, just very chilled, so    -    super super cool and super delicious......

Reminds me that Ive been meaning to make a nice batch of cold brew.

I was in Australia (Perth) for business once and it was funny seeing everyone bundled up when it was like 60F outside

Hottest Ive ever experienced was 130F in Qatar. Once the temp goes over 100 its just pure NOPE weather.

What's next a walkabout? Don't forget to take along some coffee.

I didn't get to sleep until around 7am, can't say I enjoyed it either. Won't be happening tonight because it's a heat wave in Sydney atm, 40 degrees Celsius.

  Don't I know it.......

Yep, she's a hot one, sitting on 28c in my room atm.

I might have 'one coffee', just one...

Its a bit of a juggling act, too hot for coffee but in need of a caffeine fix. Personally, I doubt an iced coffee drink would work for me, I have mine quite strong, would be like light beer.

It was 61 F (16 C) here today and yet we are expecting snow tomorrow. Weird.

Anyone have any experience quitting or taking breaks to reset tolerance? I am currently drinking around 6-9 cups a day and I like to reset my tolerance every so often by going cold turkey. I've never let it get this bad so I am expecting hell.

Nope. I don't go without caffeine if I don't have to. Good luck with cold turkey from 9 cups! At least caffeine has a relatively short half life, so you'll only feel terrible for a few days.

Guess where I was on Friday....I bought a bag of beans and got a free cup. This outfit could put Starbucks out of business, they have only 2 cafes in NYC. Wonderful coffee, roasted a few days ago. My wife loves the stuff. I'll be ordering this online, if the shipping costs aren't bigtime the prices will be better. I wish I had a polarizing filter handy so the reflections in the front window could be minimized.
