Hey guys,

Audio newbie here.

I got a free amp when I purchased my Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro 250 Ohms:
http://www.amazon.com/CAD-Audio-HA4-4-Channel-Headphone/dp/B005O656B8

Anyone have these or know if they are quality? Since it came with my headphones, I assume that they can drive my headphones, but I just wanted to make sure. I will be using these when I am at college on my laptop. What would I need to connect my laptop's headphone jack (2.5mm) to the input on this amp (6.3mm)?

Thanks guys!

I assume you mean 3.5mm for that jack. You'll just need an interconnect cable that is 3.5mm male on one side and 6.3mm male on the other. You can probably buy one online or at a store like Frys Electronics, or you can make your own. Should be a pretty straightforward build if you want to diy it.
