I found a pair of C-jays for $50 +$5 shipping on ebay.

c-JAYS is relatively new model from JAYS, but SoundEarphone.com seems to stop carrying JAYS' products (I remember reading something about JAYS' plan on a new distribution network in N.America). If I might guess, I think SoundEarphone is selling their old stock off.

well, i had a bit of luck when amp3 marked the HD238's at the HD218 price level. I thought, shall i take advantage and buy them or tell the site admin. I'm ashamed to say that i took the former option

soundearphones are a trusted site in the headphone world.

having said taht, on ebay.co.uk sellers a punting these ut at some £50 or starting bid of £35. I'd jump at the chance... £35 for a sub £80 pair of headphones, you can't go wrong
