I am considering using a bulgin switch in the PPA I am building (just the regular, non-lighted version) and I was looking through stuff for a relay circuit. I found Wooderson's thread on his PPA with Bulgin that included a referenced schematic (http://www6.head-fi.org/forums/showthread.php?t=56881). When poking around, I found this kit online which looked like it would work (sans the touch switch): http://www.electrokits.com/electroni...-timers/29.htm

Any thoughts on this kit (I know it's hard to say much with only a tiny picture, but it looks like it could be a similar circuit to the one Wooderson referenced).

I'm not opposed to building the circuit myself, but like the clean look for using all pre-made PCBs.

Thanks in advance.

I hate to see a question go unanswered, but that picture really isn't much to go on.

Best I can say is that it does 'LOOK' similar. The price isn't too bad. The parts for the circuit I used aren't too much less than that either.

Why not give it a shot and let us know?

I might try it, but I think the total cost of this project is starting to creep up on me.

I need to figure it out and make a decision so I'll be able to order panels from FPE. That will be the really pricey part of the casing, but I really want to make one professional, high-end looking piece to keep around for a long time.
