I'm looking for a pair of headphones around $50 or $60 and I wanted some advice on what I should buy. I listen to hip-hop and want something with good bass. Also, it has to sound good out of the box without the need for an amp. I think that the Sony MDR-XB500 fits this description except I don't like how it leaks sound. Any suggestions will be helpful!

Those really don't leak sound too bad man, the main drawback people find with them is their appearance. Other's would include: Used ATH50, sennheiser 238, and maybe for a little more a used pair of Ultrasone hifi 580s
