I'm using Mozilla, Windows 7.
 
Once a PM notice pops up on screen, the entire browser freezes. I am unable to exit the box, close the browser entirely, or even look at other tabs.
 
Been happening for about the past week, as far as I know.

Scan the computer for viruses? 
fire fox up to the latest version?
Try chrome?

No viruses. Browser up to date.
 
I've just disabled the pop-up function for now.
