I don't know how he serves international order maybe it is best to check with him, sorry. I usually bug him for head-fi related advices and contact him via texting like how to remove ground hum of my amp stuff like that and what cable to buy blah blah... it is how I find out about his new iem...
 
It comes with silver/gold cable, carrying case and ortofon tips.  The uber cable can be purchased as an upgrade separately. I will try to audition uber next week but I do not have any spare kidney left... I really enjoy auditioning these iem out of Hugo. As a portable system (portable dac/amp + iem), I think it is really REFERENCE.

It is 1650usd (with silver/gold cable). I dont know how much uber cable is....

for those who have heard the Ref 1...how does it differ to the already excellent 1plus2? Issit an upgrade? or kinda a side grade? Does it carry the same sound sig as the 1plus2?

Simple words to summarize the experience... It sounds like a full size can with airiness like the 1plus2.

I only managed a brief session with the Ref. 1 and not doing any justice to its full potentials. However, it is for sure an upgrade to the already excellent 1plus2.

FYI ...I was using the AK240 direct.

Yep, it carries similar sound signature to 1plus2 but richer overall. If you like the 1plus2 for sure you'd like the Ref. 1
