Kudos to Grado for being the first to produce a commercial balanced headphone amplifier at what should be a pricepoint attainable by most. Should be a no brainer pairing for those with balanced GS-1000.

But.... but.......

Dynamic Listening Systems, Inc.?

The ear’s direct connection to the brain and the central nervous system makes it one of our most important, and under-appreciated, organs. In fact, the brain receives more energy input from the ear than from any of our other senses. Research has connected improper functioning of the ear to many language and movement-related difficulties, such as auditory processing disorder, AD/HD, autism, dyslexia, motor planning problems, speech and learning difficulties.

Dynamic Listening Systems’ (DLS) auditory stimulation uses specific sound frequencies and patterns to address a root cause of these difficulties by stimulating neural pathways to the brain and central nervous system.

RA1- designed for the RS1.

Could it be an "RA1000" designed for the GS1000?

Wouldn't it be an SA1000 for Statement Amp?
Looks like a lot of fun. It would be interesting to see Grado release the first budget balanced, maybe even portable amp.

thoroughly confused. It SURE looks cool though.

That is an interesting www site though, using auditory signals for therapy. I have an autistic nephew who never goes anywhere without his MP3 player and Koss portapro. He listens to a lot of new-age music.

Did anyone catch the picture on the DLS website? The woman in the photo is wearing a pair of Grados- either the RS-1 or RS-2.

Also, I wonder if this means that Grado might incorporate a Sennheiser-like plug on some or all of their cans, so cables can be changed out.

I think John has been spending some time on Head-Fi....
