Bought a Bose in ear ii from Rakuten, but it does not sounds very clear, at least not as clear as bose on ear 2. Is it normal? Rakuten do not sell fake bose, right.

I listen to the Bose IE2 every day. They are very clear. I use them mostly for audiobooks and podcasts and I have never had a problem. I would consider returning them.

Its just how they sound, many people say they offer clear sound but thats because they're used to muddy sound signatures.

The IE2 is very clear especially compared their other headphones so I suspect you either have a defective pair or possibly fakes. If you can find a Bose store they should have demo models you could listen to to compare.
