Any good BT devices I can use with my IEMs, other than the Noble BTS?

I'm stuck with the same dilemma. I'd really like a BTS especially since they come bundled with a short cable but can't find one for sale anywhere on the web. I messaged the wizards at Noble but haven't heard anything and would be bummed if they're really not making them anymore. 
 
One other solution I'd run into is a Astell&Kern AK XB10, which is far pricier than I'd like but probably has comparable sound / portability. In fact, from what I've read it's probably even better, but at twice the cost. 
 
On the more budget end of things, I found a Japanese product called the ELECOM LBT-C (you can find one on Amazon or eBay). I've read good reviews about their bluetooth headphone amp but know nothing about this model in particular.
 
Let me know what you come up with! I'm trying to get into running with IEM's and would love a proper solution as well.

Lear Audio based out of HK offer another option. Assuming we'recommend talking about IEMs with removable cables.
