I've had these amazing single dynamic IEM's for a couple of weeks now and absolutely love them. To my great surprise I couldn't find any dedicated thread for them so I'm strarting one now

New impressions anyone? Two reviews are so promising that I'm close to going ahead and ordering :) Shozy Zero is my main pair of IEMs, but still hope to find some upgrade at a reasonable price.

These are the best hidden secret on Head-fi imo, if these were Chinese people would be buying them like crazy.

Pretty funny but also a bit sad.....

Well, the thread is still slow, but I have finally ordered a pair for review today.

Let's see how it performs agains Shozy/Meze, guess there'll be an improvement and 120EX should work well with Hidizs AP100.

I'm glad to hear that, for my preference the 1200EX outperform the other two you're mentioning but I'm looking forward to your thoughts on it

I've only given the 12 Classics a go, but I'm with Peter in that the 1200EX will outperform them. That said, the 12's have a nice warm, smooth signature that's very different from the 1200EX's more direct, detailed sound. Preferences will play a big part in enjoyment when comparing these two.

Yes, I am waiting for Meze 12 too (and guess it can be more similar to Shozy Zero's sound signature), so this might be a very interesting comparison. Still, I decide to try various tonalities to get a better idea for which genres and sources they will work. So 1200EX may be a very curious discovery :) And the combo with a bit dark modded AP100 may work well too.
