I bought these "legendary" cans couple of days ago to complement my 650s. While 650s does almost everything well in rock they just are too warm and dark. So that's where 531 comes in.

I bought them as new and now I'm wondering that how do they change by burn in or do they change at all. I'm very pleased to their sound already but I'm just curious that will burn-in make any difference.

I've had my DT531s since they were new and they have around 300 hours on them. I've experienced no notable changes to their sound that could be attributed to burn-in. They sound just a great today as they did the first time I put them on.
