which one do you think has a better soundstage and overall sq? I listen to ALL genres so perhaps i would want something that is relatively flat but has a low extension (not overly emphasized) bass.  These headphones should have a SLIGHTLY (not bass head sounding) bass boost.  I am looking for something that can be pared with a portable amp (maybe a fiio) so i can take it on the go.  And I am looking for cans of this price range.  If these cans are not the best for my needs which other cans would you recommend?

If you have the ammo, go for the Focal. They are very musical and comfortable. Bass is very good too. Sounds very good without amp.
