They have requested a slight increase over the 199 which I've agreed to pay, but I've requested that they include a surprise in the box when they ship the head phones. Just for fun. The entertainment of what I may, or may not receive is worth the price increase.

They did say they are expecting the phones to arrive the begining of April.

They asked for an extra $30, which is pretty reasonable considering the suggested retail is $299. I guess I could of said no and forced them to stick to the original price, but given this is a back order item, one I'm particularly excited to receive, I figured the 30 was a reasonable request. Besides, starting a squabble over 30 bucks could serious delay my delivery. In the end I saved $70 and get a surprise. I can't complain.
