At that price point it might be better to let the cash stay in the pocket or save a little and get something like the Fiio E17.

It also depends on what you are intending to drive and the reason why you want an amp. 
 
Simply put, if you are looking at improving your setup, I'll place the cash on upgrading your IEMs. They will give the most audible improvements. However, if you are pretty much happy with your IEM and just want to provide more power to them so that they can add more 'body' to the sound, then an amp is probably want you are looking for.
 
If you are serious about getting an amp, there's a C&C BH amp that is under 100USD. I think there's an appreciation thread somewhere for it. The newer version comes with replaceable batteries so they are like the ultimate portables. The footprint of this is approximately the size of a Colorfly C3 which is pretty darn small.
