Best IEMs for Noise Cancelling + Comfort?

Any new contestants in 2017 in this space? Noise isolating IEM? I'm looking for ear-plug like (or better) noise isolation but with good sound. Budget 300 - 450 usd. Must be comfortable (comfortableness is of-course subjective though).

I prefer IEM's that are tuned to with some extra bass. I previously owned the Sennheiser ie80's.
I was blown away by Final Audio F7200 isolation, and I didn't even use barrel all around eartips but their regular (which is anything but, they are some of the best eartips on the planet). No extra bass with these though, they are in fact slightly bass shy but relatively close to being neutral, so not too bass light. They isolate noticeably better than Shure se215, probably very close or same as Etymotic. They are in your price range.

There is one noise I know I want canceled that isolation cannot reduce. That's translation of vibrations though the body(like vehicle vibrations). Is there anything that can cancel that, that's would be interesting.
