I've been thinking of buying myself a pair of headphone for LEBEN cs 300.
so any suggestions ?

I know one owner of the CS300 from another forum who has been using AKG K701 and been very satisfied. However I don't like these headphones so I'd go for Grados, SR325i or higher.

Hey! Based on looks, it was exactly that amplifier that was used when I first heard SR225 and HD595. Magnificent combination that SR225 and Leben! But so is price. Its quite... magnificent...

If memory serves me correct I recall Nik had a Leben hooked up to a HD650 and raved about it.

With that amp, I'm sure you have some experience knowing what you like and don't. What sound qualities do you value most? If you had to choose between sound signatures that tipped more toward warm or bright, which would you choose? Do you value detail in a way that you can near dissect instrumentation? If you had to lose slightly on tonal representation or an involving musical experience, what way to go? Do you have a sensitivity to highs? Does it matter if they're open or closed? What music do you listen to, and, aside from those questions, what are you willing to spend?

i never see any posts about this amp or amps by this company. either the people who own them don't post or they are just not that popular here. i'm sure cost has something to do with it - not sure how much they are, but someone mentioned that they are pricey - but lots of people own pretty expensive amps too.

the corner kind of music prefers.electronic,a bit jazz,blusa and rock.price does not play part.
I have three types akg k 701,sony mdr sa 5000 and grado gs 1000. which creates the best composition from leben cs 300

Hmmm. this is an integrated amp, isnt it? Heard that it's an excellent match with the Naim CD5i....

Perhaps that might explain why not many people in this forum have any experience with it....
