Hey, I want to buy some new headphones for my personal use. I live in Costa Rica but I usually buy in Amazon.com.
The genres I listen to are mostly metal music (It will be great that it will make the low-fi black metal sound better). I listen to every genre in metal but mostly extreme metal.
Electronic Music, every genre but mostly dubstep, house, hardcore, trance. For that I will like good bass but not excessive.
Hip Hop, mostly rap.
I will be using my Sony Xperia Z with an amp, but I havent decided which one, I will use Flac with an equalizer, also I prefer over the ear design, open or closed it doesnt matter.
My budget is everything below 300 dollars.
Every comment is appreciated, Thanks
Beyerdynamic DT880, try getting the 32ohm version if you can't get your hands on a decent amp.

is the e17 enough to get the 250 ohm, because I heard it sounds better than the 32ohm version

Yes it is enough, but the better your amp the better SQ you'll get.

There are just too many options for what you like. Id say go open and make use of that eq for more bass. Id suggest:
DT880
MDR MA900
Fidelio X1
ATH AD900x
DT880

Fidelio X1
ATH AD900x
