I have a m50xbt on the side and I am looking for another pair of headphones for production uses/djing edm music . I was looking at the dt770, 880 32ohms, 700 or maybe a used 1990. Prefer closed $200-300.

I tried the hd25 and those are really uncomfortable

Thank you. I be traveling a lot so I want to take something I can plug into my laptop and use without me having to carry an amp around. Will the 250 be fine?

As long as you are not using the DT880 for musical enjoyment, then 250 ohms should be fine.

Actually, I did hear the DT880 250 ohm at a Guitar Center, so call up a GC nearest you and see if they have any in stock and if you can demo it with your laptop.
