Are you OK with an IEM?
If so, the Koss Pulsar Insider has a ton of bass. The most i've ever heard from an IEM.
They also work well with the Comply T-400 foam inserts.
The bass is a bit excessive, but the overall sound signature is still very good. If you like the sound signature of the Porta Pros you may like these.
They're also only $30

M9 is $24 shipped from Amazon and $23 shipped from Newegg, I think. It's not in a manufacturers long term interest to undercut their retail clients, so the Meelec site price (as well as just about all companies direct price) is understandable. Sometimes they have good promotions though.
Overstock.com may have it even cheaper. But yeah, in that range I can't think of much competition. Maybe some of the offerings from Soundmagic.

You could probably find the MEE M6 for about $30.
