I'm currently using the following for exercising (which are IEM's):
- Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3
- Apple AirPods Pro 2

However IEM's irritate my ears if I use them too much, so I'm now looking for a full-sized headphone.

I'm currently using the Sony WH-1000XM3 (which I got for only $100, so i don't care if it breaks due to sweat). But wondering if there are better alternatives.

Have you tried different tips? The Dunu S&S are soft, though I don't know if they're available or would fit those iems.

I had the same issue and got the Sonicfoam tips for $15 for a 20 pack. The have several sizes both in nozzle and tip size, so you don't get stuck with an assortment of stuff you don't need.
The regular plastic tips can rub, but those foam ones just stay put and not irritating. Just harder to hear others is the only problem.
