I mostly listen to rap and hip hop and i need them to have pretty good bass along with some portability. I do not care about best value for money just what is the best. I would perfer over ear.

Ultrasone Pro 900, HFI-580 or HFI-780. What is best for what you listen to: Pro 900. Excellent bass, works even better with an amp (as does most headphones more or less), but does Ok unamped.

Those sound great but i'll be buying them from best buy so if you can, please request anything but ultrasone and denon as they don't carry either, even online

Go for some Denon AH-5000's, great headphones. Dont forget the pads.
