I'd like to find the best closed circumaural headphones I can for less than $60, and I think I've narrowed my choices down to these:

Sennheiser HD 428 (~$55):  http://www.sennheiser.com/sennheiser/home_en.nsf/root/private_headphones_wired-headphones_502765

Panasonic RP-HTX7 (~$35):  http://www2.panasonic.com/consumer-electronics/shop/Supplies-Accessories/Video/Portable-DVD-Accessories/Headphones/model.RP-HTX7-K1_11002_7000000000000005702

Audio Technica ATH-M30 (~$40):  http://www.audio-technica.com/cms/headphones/7041339ec2fdcc12/index.html

Sony MDR-XD200 (~25):  http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&productId=11038345

I'll be using them to listen to both music and movies, and comfort and noise isolation are also important too.  What are peoples thoughts on the best headphones from this list?  Also, if there are others in the price range (less than $60) I've overlooked, I'd be open to those too.  thanks

You might wanna consider the JVC HA-RX700.  I've got those, the HD428 and the MDR-XD200 and my favorites by far are the RX700.  I will say that out of the box, the competition is closer but with a couple of easy mods (felt and foam mods), the RX700s are awesome.  The only negatives for me were the weight (they are kinda heavy) and the cable length (modded it).

Are the RX700 fully circumaural? As in dont touch your ears at ALL? and when you say competetion is closer.. between which two do you mean? I was considering buying the HA-RX900 but I read they become really hot after a few minutes.. so I was considering getting the HD 428

After stuffing a little foam in the ear pads, the phones don't touch my ears at all.

Stock for stock, the HD428 and the RX700 are close in overall sound quality.  The RX700 have a little more bass but the mids are more recessed than the HD428.

The RX700 do warm my ears more than the HD428 but I use the RX700 for hours at a time at work and they don't bother me at all.  In fact, I find the JVCs more comfortable for long listening session than the Senns.   The HD428s don't fit all the way around my ears so they feel a little awkward.  It could just be my jumbo ears.

I use my JVC's several hours a day...and they are pretty comfy. If you want more mids, some eq tweaking can help.
