aune t1 vs Little Dot MK2 MKII ?

Depends on what your needs are as the Aune T1 is a all in one unit which is both a dac and a amp.  But the Vacuum tube is only used on the Aune T1 when you are using the usb input. If you use the analog it will instead use the op-amp. As the aune T1 is a hybrid unit.  There are options for swapping the tubes around but i doubt that there are many choices for it. While The little dot MK 2 is a stand alone tube amp which can be used with any source which is good if you have a good sound card or a existing dac already, or if you rather keep every thing separate.   The Little Dot MK2 has it benefits for headphones of a higher ohm that needs a lot of power to get the most out of them, While the Aune T1 would handle headphones at a lower ohm that req alot of voltage to be driven if I explaining it correctly.

What headphones do you have or are planning on getting and do you have a existing source already that isn't a onboard audio.
