I am a first time entry level guy into audio.
Did a bit of research and came down to these..

i listen to rock pop,,,only in my room.. will pair it with fiio e09k and e17..
which should i go for..
please help..
just a student .. and this is my first time...entering into high clarity audio stuff..
right now ..just got a pair of bose earphone..

looking for  best clarity headphone(open).. so that i get lost in music..
budget : max 250-300$
just want the best headphone..in terms of overall sound... love bass.. tried the ad700... loved the way it feels over my ear.. lacks bass..

If you like bass, the DT990 would be better than the 880, but the 990s also have a hotter treble so make sure you're not sensitive to treble before you get them.

You could also try the k612.

i love the ad900x looks, its very comfortable..in terms of audio quality, are the beyerdynamic better than audio technica 900.
i mean at the end of the day, which is worth its money is my question.

One advantage of the 40-Ohm ATH-AD900X is you can use it with just the E17, so if you want to use the headphones someplace else, you would not have to take the E09K with you, just the E17.
