Audeze iSINE 10 & iSINE 20: Audeze releases two new IEM planar magnetic earphones

Oh, I meant a set of US$2K+ Audeze LCD-i4s. The iBasso IEM question is for that exact reason - isolation when I want it.

I've seen great reviews of the iBasso IT04, the Campfire Audio Polaris, and @Hawaiibadboy seems to really like the Empire Bravado IEMS and he's a bass fan. I like fun sound versus dry sound - you can always flatten some of the W in a really nice set of fun IEMs.

Ahh, never heard the LCD i4 I have a hard time imagining what improvement the 2K plus I4 have over the far less expensive iSine's. I'd love to find out though. Still I think if spending 2K I rather do it on headphones I think a 2K+ headphone would deliver a superior sound than a 2K+ IEM.

For me the opposite is the case. Having had a taste of planar magnetic goodness of the iSine10, i don't see my self going back to my chi-fi multi-drivers any time soon.. :L3000:

I can understand and felt the same wayt for a long time, but find there is a place for a closed IEM in my life. Plus I'm perfectly happy to listen to them without worrying about EQ or having a tiny Tie fighter wing stick out of ears. DOn't get me wrong I really love my iSine's and their planar sound. There's room for other IEMS in my life though.

I think iBasso is more than what people tend to think of when using the term Chi-Fi. This isn't KZ that's for sure. iBasso does it right and at a reasonable cost. I also found their customer service to be pretty good.

Thanks! I tweaked it to -8dB at 1K and +3.0dB at 4K for my ears. Sounds great. Listened to the Battle for Azeroth soundtrack and enjoyed the heck out of these iSine 20s.

Great! Yeah i've tweaked around so much with this current version that it's all a blur and hard to say what sounds better anymore.
And if you're using a different type of eq it's definitely not going to sound the same to you anyway.

I must say, the spiral dot tips are amazing. I'm suspecting that they don't fit as they were intended since the dots get covered by the barrel. However, even with that being the case they work beautifully.

They come in a 3 pack from Amazon and I only need two, if someone wants to Venmo/PayPal me $5 I'll ship them a pair to try out. The size I got is medium.

Edit: misspelled a word.
