Hi all,
I just purchased a Xonar DX sound card and a set of M-Audio AV-40 speakers. They sound a lot better than my previous RealTek AC888 and Logitech Z2300 btw
Question, the AV-40 accepts TRS input and I'm wondering if the DX card's output is balanced? Would I get better sound using TRS cables than the RCAs that came with the speakers?
Question#2, I'm reading up on the Behringer MS40s and those have a built in DAC that accepts digital optical input, and my DX card has an optical out. Would I get better sound using the digital out from the card?
