It was necessary to immediately throw on Google drive :)
https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1RSBNxke--GY6cOuDcRHv3Og_HYXTeeFq?usp=sharing
I threw it, now everything should be ok.
The procedure for updating:
1. Download Qobuz and Tidal (if installed, delete)
2. Connect to a laptop or PC, go to: SE300\Internal storage\OpenService\Download
Replace both files.
3. Go to SE300 and install both applications. You will see that new versions will be installed.
Good luck!

The new version of Qobuz 7.5.0.0 (07.08.23) https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1RSBNxke--GY6cOuDcRHv3Og_HYXTeeFq?usp=sharing
Download to the SE300\Internal storage\OpenService\Download folder and pre-install the application.
It is absolutely impossible to use the built-in old version in the Astell store, it slows down terribly. I don't understand how to use it. This is a horror. They need to update it instantly. But still we are waiting for performance improvements in the new firmware, because the player is still not fully debugged. He can obviously work faster...
Quite a serious heating is due to WIFI, including the battery life is reduced. It feels like there is a constant synchronization with something via WIFI. But all additional services are disabled. The development team first of all needs to check the operation of the WiFi module.

Hi, my se300 skipped tracks on its own in the middle of a song so I updated to the newer firmware 1.03 and was wondering if that's part of the system stabilization upgrade if the issue is fixed.
I had the same issue on the sp2000t and every firmware update never solved it

I would guess it is an issue with the files since you are experiencing the same issue on both the SE300 and SP2000T. If you could provide more info, it would help to troubleshoot.

Are these files you ripped yourself or purchased?
Music stored in internal memory or SD card?
What type of file - FLAC, DSD?
Offline music downloaded from a streaming service?
Same tracks on both players or different tracks?

It happened so far one time on a wav file that I ripped from a CD. It played fine many times before on the se300. It's located in internal storage
While I had this issue on the sp2000t only with Flac or wav files that are 16 bit by 44.1.
Although I never had this issue on my sp2000 copper.
I'm hoping with the firmware upgrade the issue is resolved or will be resolved in a future upgrade. Because I really want to stick with my se300. Thank you

Just to confirm, it has only happened one time with one wave file on the SE300?

If that is the case, most likely it is an issue with the file, somehow it became corrupted or an issue with the player database. I would suggest the following:

- Reindex the database by performing a manual media scan. This usually solves 95% of the issues with music playback or incorrect metadata displaying. To perform a manual media scan, Settings -> System reset -> Initialize media scan. If you have playlists stored on the player, make sure clear playlists is not checked. Depending on how many files you have on the player, it can take 10 - 15 minutes. If you have playlists, they will rebuild after the scan, so even if it says completed in the notification bar, give it another 5 - 10 minutes for the playlists to repopulate.

- Delete the wave file and copy it again to the player. Would also recommend doing a manual media scan after doing this is step.

Sounds good I will do that. Thank you so much for your assistance.

The Astell&Kern UK team is excited for CanJam London and can't wait to see everyone. They'll have the full AK lineup including the SP3000, SE300, AURA IEMs (our latest collab with Vision Ears) and the new UW100 MK II TWS earbuds available in September. Hope all attending have a great show!

I did stop by @JasonNYC, thank you for taking the time to be there and offer us the chance to try your gear it is much appreciated.

I did listen to the Aura but sadly its not for me, too bright IMO, my search for an "end-game" IEM continues, or perhaps I already own it.

Was just reading Aura impressions in another thread, and they seem to be tuned on a warmer side relative to other iems and based on how the person describing Aura heard it. Wonder if you got a good seal while trying these? But either way, might have to borrow it from Jason for a quick review if I get a chance :)

I used the foam tips from the 64 Audio u18t and u18s demos I’d just been to and they sealed fine there, the U18s with the 20db module sounded very warm and lots of bass, much more to my taste.

My order of auditions was 64 audio, UE to listen to the Premier and Live then off to the AK stand so these were all within an hour of each other.

The 64 audio and UE IEM’s were my reference and the AURA out of the AK KANN MAX, 3.5mm output if that makes a difference just hit me as excessively bright, it had bass but wow the brightness.

Perhaps my ears needed a detox by this time and perhaps the 64 audio and UE products are at the warmer end.

I look forward to your opinion as always but the AURA isn’t for me, not at the price anyway.

As always this is in my opinion I‘m not a Professional here and nobody should take my opinion as fact.

Edit: I just realised I used AKs own DAP on the stand for the listening test as I was travelling light, only carrying an iPhone and wireless IEM, I wonder if someone had messed about with the EQ, that could be the reason for the excessive brightness now I’m disappointed, I may have to have another listen if I ever get the opportunity.

Jason, is it possible to somehow transfer the guys to astell&kern so that they set up automatic binding of Tidal and Qobuz application updates (at least them). The fact is that now Qobuz version 7.4.1.1 is available in the Astell players, and there is already a new 7.6.1.1. There are 5 between them! Yes, there are already 5 update versions. The fact is that the new versions of the application work better, because they are constantly being improved, optimizations are being made, including setting up work on different devices, including SE300 and other DAPS. Thanks! new version of Qobuz https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1RSBNxke--GY6cOuDcRHv3Og_HYXTeeFq Now we have to manually update each time.
