I live in Italy and here is about 91.4 Fahrenheit in the Summer. 

usually I listen music for about 30 - 40 minutes outdoor.

Hi, almost all headphones will be hot after wearing for some time. In fact, 91.4 Fahrenheit is probably hot without headphones already!

but seriously isn't relevant for "hot" the fact that this headphone models are smoot under the surface? so that there are not the two holes?
the Sony model is very nice I belive, but I suppose that there would be difference in hot terms with this model and one other like those for exemple:

about slim models I know only about "Sony MDR 570 (seen "in topic"), "Panasonic RP-HX50E" (I've read in this forum) and the "JVC HAS 150 BN (seen in the pic, and I have read the review here on Head-Fi)".
 
about sound quality who are the first, the second and the third place for this 3 headphones?
 
at last can you suggest me others slim models, please (I like black much more)?

I think more important than "smooth" or "holes" is: the size of the headphones and how tight it is.
