Hi there,
like I wrote in the title of the topic I would like to know how comfortable would be wearing some over the ear IEMs while having some bars on the top of the ears.
I ask this because I'm tempted of buying the Rock-it Sounds R50 but I'm afraid that I would not be able to wear them, because I need glasses most of the times.

Thanks in advance.

I wear my IE80s over-ear (no ear-guides on) and comfortably have my glasses on when I listen to music. I find them perfectly compatible, both when stationary and moving, at least up to about 5 hours.

My glasses sit neatly on top or just to the side of the IE80 cable over my ear, and I can even wear them like that on long flights (though I take off my glasses on those, most times). It kinda feels like it's not there.

Looks like the R50 has a memory wire of some sort, so it might not be so easy, but I would give it a try anyway. It's not a big deal. Good luck!

It's depend which IEMs you are buying like GR07, Sony XBA series, UE900, Westone 4R are easy to wear with glasses and B&W C5, Klipsch Custom 3 are hard to wear with glasses, R-50 are fairly easy to wear.

How comfortable is wearing over the ear IEM's while being outside and often need to put on / take off your sunglasses?
It might sound as a trivial issue but I seriously consider getting a pair of around the ear IEM's and would like to know if they will be as handy as the classic cable down ones.

Thanks
