I was searching through the best live album thread but couldn't find much in there from archive.org. I have been searching and found some great stuff from Derek Trucks, Kaki King, Bela Fleck, and Explosions in the Sky. I am wondering if anyone has any faves that they have downloaded from the live music archive, especially bands that I have never heard of.

They aren't phenomenally recorded, but I really like Andrew Bird's performance at Paradiso on May 1, 2005, and his performance at Studio 105 on March 21, 2005 is also pretty good. The SQ is more than adequate.

Bela Fleck and A. Bird are just fantastic live. I also like a lot of the Animal Collective shows on the site. A lot of them sound like they were recorded binaurally.

There are a couple dredg shows that are pretty good at The Catalyst. They played El Cielo and Leitmotif in their entirety.
