That gets me half there, they only have 2SK389BL, the other is the 2SJ109BL, I need the 2SK109BL.

No, you need the 2SJ... SJ is P channel and SK is N channel (or vice versa). AFAIK, there is no 2SK109.

You can always use pairs of 2SK170BLs and 2SJ74BLs instead which are still available... bdent for instance has em (these are the single equivalents of the dual 389s/109s).
