Hi, I am intrigued by this pocket sized amp. Notwithstanding the amp builder's glowing review of his own products, the specifications look amazing ! 700 mw of power @ 32 ohms is amazing considering the size and price of the amp.

Now the reason I am asking is that I might be on the move for some time in the next few months or so and I have inefficient/high impedance cans like the Sennheiser HD650 and the Yamaha YH-100 (300 ohms and 150 ohms respt). So I need a transportable amp since most portable amps cant drive these inefficient cans. (At least my ibasso P3+ can't )
Looking at the specs of the Thunderbolt Max I would wager it could at least drive the HD650s and the orthos if not sound their best.
If not for this amp, could someone please point me towards a small transportable amp that can drive the HD650s and YH-100s for less than $400. (Lesser the better !)
Thanks
