Since the beyers seem to be the most recommended, luc @ stereo passion has most of the Beyerdynamics line. You can try him at (morinl@sympatico.ca or give him a call). He should let you audition them in the store. I've never dealt personally with him.

I was going to get the DT250-80's but decided to get the AKG 401s from OZ instead mainly because I can upgrade to HD600s or whatever in the future

Stereo passion has a trade in policy as well but Im not sure what it is.

Hey, Dwagun!

Thanks again for all the info. I've been very busy lately and haven't even visited Oz yet. Hopefully I would have the time and saved up enough money in the next few months to invest in a set of good headphones. I'll look into Stereo Passions too if they have many Beyers there.

I'll be receiving my Sonys (D66, E71, E888) in the next few days. Hopefully these will be "fun" enough during the time that I save up for new headphones.
