I really wish that people who wrote articles like this broken into parts would really sum up when they call it the summation. Pet peeve of mine.

Yeah, the "wrapping up" portion is not a conclusion by any means, and ends up being anti-climactic. I think he wants the test data to stand on its own feet without interpretation, but some summarization would be nice.
