I love the Alfa 8C, one day I'll buy one (after they've depreciated some more) but that new Bugatti concept is awful.

But then, I thought the Veyron was ugly too.

I find it much better than the Veyron.

For me it's too... over the top (which is quite a feat, given the crazy supercar market). After reading up on it, it appears that it's fan art.

Awesome Mercedes commercial:

Awesome Mercedes commercial.

Yeah, the commercial is well done. But I'm not a big fan of Mercedes' styling. Their earlier models (those with twin headlamps) were too understated, and their current styling is too aggressive.

Those are propane tanks, it makes a great race fuel due to its very high RON rating, 112.

That Pantera ain't so bad, that'll just buff right out. Ours came in and they're setting to restore and update it. The former owner is full of crap, it was originally black, not yellow and the current paint job isn't very good at all, not much better than a paint n' bake. Plus, the steering column and wheel are falling apart (he purposely avoided that area in the photos). Makes us wonder how many other things are wrong with it.

I've never really done any restoration (I'm not that old

), but I'd like to know how the metal work is typically carried out.

Things like surface rust etc may be just buffed out, but if a whole panel is damaged by rust, is it remade?
Also, older cars that are chasis based can have the outer body remade, but how does it work for the modern shell/monocoque based cars?
